Since 1998 Greg has been working with individuals to improve their abilities through physical fitness. In 2006 Greg had the opportunity to work with individuals with spinal cord injuries at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan in Detroit (RIM). It was then that he realized the need for adaptive fitness programs for individuals with physical disabilities. He felt he could provide these individuals with an option for continuing care following their Physical Therapy programs. As a result, Greg founded Fitness Training Unlimited (now Fitness Therapy Unlimited) in August 2006. Greg's vision was to develop a service that would cater to the needs of those with physical disabilities and would focus on rehabilitation of the total body, not just the injured area of the body. His mission is to improve the overall quality of life for his clients through education and motivation, and he continues to act as the educator and leader of the entire FTU staff.

Jenny has been a Fitness Therapist at FTU since September 2007, and was officially the first FTU employee. Jenny has been extremely successful in providing superior fitness and aquatic therapy to the FTU clients. Therefore, in August 2010, Jenny was promoted as the first FTU Field Manager. Jenny now manages, educates, and trains all the FTU Fitness Therapists. She feels empowered by providing the FTU clients with a creative alternative to making the impossible possible. She feels humbled and fortunate to be a part of assisting others in reaching their goals.


Kim, Director of Marketing and Operations

Kim has worked in the automotive industry in project management and business operations management since 1994. In August 2009, she joined the FTU Team as the first administrative staff member. As the company expanded in 2010, Kim's role moved from Office Manager to the Operations Manager. She is now responsible for managing the overall tasks related to the daily operations of FTU. Kim's passion for working with adaptive needs individuals comes from having a daughter who has Cerebral Palsy. She finds great satisfaction in knowing that she is working for a company that is improving the lives of individuals with physical disabilities.

Lori, Client Services Coordinator

Lori has been working as a Client Services Coordinator at FTU since April 2011. She has an extensive background in healthcare administration and management. Lori believes the special needs population can benefit from the concept of total body fitness. She feels her position at FTU provides her with the ability to help the people through their day-to-day struggles.

Monique, Client Services Coordinator

Monique joined the FTU team as a Client Services Coordinator in April 2011. She has many years of experience as an office manager and customer relations representative. Monique is very interested in total health and well-being, personally. Healthy living, exercise and diet are a big part of her daily routine. Monique has always felt it was her mission to help others and FTU allows her to do that.

Darby has worked in the fitness industry since 2008 and has years of experience as a First Aid & CPR Instructor. Darby joined the FTU Team in September 2010 as a Fitness Therapist. He is passionate about working for FTU because it matches his personal fitness philosophy of being a connection of mind and body. He believes by encouraging his clients to improve from the inside out, anything is possible. Darby is confident that when his clients begin to feel better through increased strength and mobility, they will be able to perform the necessary activities of daily living.

Karen joined the FTU Team in March 2011. Her experience in massage therapy has been focused on rehabilitation and medical massage.
